Robert Stankoski is a founding partner at Stankoski Myrick LLC. He graduated from law school in 1997 and has been in private practice in Fairhope, Alabama ever since.

Mr. Stankoski specializes in family law and uses his skills as a certified divorce mediator to handle cases involving initial divorces, post-divorce modifications, child support, and child custody cases. He has litigated hundreds of domestic relations cases in Baldwin and Mobile Counties and received the Pro Bono Award for Mediation from the Alabama State Bar Association in 2012. His vast experience enables him to draft unique and custom settlement agreements, prenuptial agreements, and postnuptial agreements to fit the needs of every client.

An experienced trial attorney, Mr. Stankoski is qualified to litigate any type of case, including personal injury, contract and construction disputes, real estate and property disputes, and contested probate proceedings. As a former special prosecutor in the Economic Crime Division with the Baldwin County District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Stankoski prosecuted complex white-collar crimes and business frauds and gained exceptional insight into criminal defense practice. He has represented several high-profile cases and is proficient at scheduling local and national press interviews, often serving as a spokesperson for families and individuals who require assistance with the media.

Mr. Stankoski currently serves as the municipal judge for the Town of Summerdale, as well as the secondary judge for the City of Gulf Shores, where he has presided over thousands of criminal cases. Mr. Stankoski also holds the position of municipal prosecutor for the Town of Elberta.
